Secure Shell (SSH) is a cryptographic network protocol for operating network services securely over an unsecured network. Typical applications include remote command-line, login, and remote command execution, but any network service can be secured with SSH. SSH provides a secure channel over an unsecured network by using a client–server architecture, connecting an SSH client application. When I try to launch the docker-compose on a remote host via ssh the docker engine on the stops and restarts the services but doesn't update it. SCP (Secure CoPy) – is a remote file copy program, that copies files between hosts on a network.
It uses SSH for data transfer, and uses the same authentication and provides the same security as SSH.

When copying a source file to a target file which already exists, SCP will replace the contents of the target file. If the target file does not yet exist, an empty file with the target file name is created, then filled with the source file contents.
